Privacy policy
In effect from 20 August 2026
Who the controller is
Mateusz Styś, Zen Media, Smolarzyny 75F, 37-110 Smolarzyny, Poland, VAT PL7941659249. For anything about your data write to kontakt@zenmedia.pl or call +48 513 284 011.
What this site does not do
Let me start with what is absent, because it is the shorter list. This site sets no cookies, runs no Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, embeds no advertising pixels and profiles nobody. It also loads nothing from third-party servers: fonts, scripts and images all sit on the same host as the page. If you only read, you leave nothing behind beyond an ordinary server log entry.
What happens when you use the form
The contact form collects two things: your email address and your message. You give them voluntarily, but without them I cannot reply.
- Why: to answer your message and, if it comes to that, agree the terms of working together.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when you write about a project, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in conducting correspondence.
- How long: I keep correspondence for three years from the last message, and where we do work together, for as long as tax law requires.
Who receives the data
The form is handled by Formspree, Inc., based in the United States. Your message passes through their servers before it reaches my inbox, which means a transfer outside the European Economic Area. Formspree relies on standard contractual clauses; their terms are set out in the Formspree privacy policy. Beyond that, the site is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps ordinary server logs.
If you would rather skip Formspree entirely, just write to kontakt@zenmedia.pl directly. Same address, no intermediary.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. One message to kontakt@zenmedia.pl is enough. If you believe I handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
Changes
If I change how the form works, or add any tool that collects data, I will update this document and change the date at the top.
